Welcome to Red Canoe Farms Pumpkin Patch

It's our first season for pumpkins and we are excited to grow this amazing, colorful and diverse fruit. From planting to harvest, we have been impressed with our pumpkins, as they have grown quietly beneath a jungle of vines. Now, as we hunt through the field, we're experiencing the delight and surprise of discovering these gorgeous orange orbs. That will be your experience, too, as you search the field for your perfect pumpkin!

Pumpkin Picking Details for the 2025 Season

Farm Stand Dates and Hours

We are planning to be open on three consecutive Thursday-Saturdays:

October 9-11, 16-18, 23-25, or until sold out.

10 AM - 6:00 PM

Getting Here

Be extra careful watching for traffic on Highway 53 as you enter and exit the field.

Parking is the same area as our blueberry field. Parking is on the east side of the driveway; pumpkins are on the west side. You may walk over the driveway to get to the field gate.

U-Pick

Our pumpkin patch, much like our blueberry field, is a genuine U-Pick experience. While we may have some pumpkins already picked, you will actually get to explore the patch to find your perfect pumpkin!

We will have pruning clippers for you to use to help separate pumpkins from the vine.

Plan on bringing your own wagon, stroller, or cart if you need one.

Concession Stand

We purchased a used grain bin--originally from Montana-- to serve as our pumpkin and concession stand. We'll have fresh ground coffee; hot cider; fresh-from-the-tree apples from north central Washington drizzled with our epic, homemade caramel sauce; Grandma T's family favorite caramel corn; and pumpkin baked goods.

Activities

We are setting up cornhole and pumpkin bowling for families.
